Job Description

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hospitalist to join a growing, patient-centered healthcare system in Great Falls, Montana (Just 1h30 min from Helena)!?Contact: Raymond Stiles (843-574-8233) | raymond@nowhealthcare.orgAbout the Group:
  • 46-bed acute care hospital with a full complement of in-house medical and surgical specialists
  • Dedicated nocturnists, Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians, and Telemedicine Critical Care support
  • State-of-the-art facility with advanced diagnostics and multidisciplinary collaboration
Benefits:
  • Competitive, transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).
  • Hospital-employed part-time position
  • One week (7 days) per month schedule
  • 7 on / 21 off schedule (Wednesday–Tuesday)
  • Day shift: 7:00 am–7:00 pm

About the Role:
  • Provide inpatient Hospitalist care in a collaborative acute care setting
  • Average daily census of approximately 15 patients
  • Work alongside dedicated nocturnists and specialist consultants
  • Supported by Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology services
  • Procedure experience with central lines, intubation, and arterial lines preferred
Background:
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Eligible for Montana medical licensure
