Hospitalist Post-Acute Physician
Our client, a well-respected, industry-leading skilled nursing facility located in Queens, NY, is seeking a Physician to join their team.

Position Qualifications
- Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State
- NYS Board certification in a primary care specialty
- Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment
- A medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of residency in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges
- Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software
