Hospitality Customer Service – Hotel Reservations (Remote)
About the Role:
Join us as a Hotel Reservations Specialist and help clients plan their perfect stays. You’ll handle hospitality customer service, provide hotel booking support, and guide travelers through the reservation process—all from your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with hotel reservations, hospitality services, and travel planning
Provide accurate details on hotel amenities, pricing, and availability
Manage and update booking details and guest profiles
Communicate promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and hospitality communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection
Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality service, or guest relations is a plus
