Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and genuine manner
Take orders accurately while creating a welcoming and efficient experience
Deliver meals and assist guests with their needs in the dining room or drive-thru
Maintain a clean, inviting, and guest-ready environment
Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
Work collaboratively with Logistics Team Members to ensure fast and accurate service

Order Taking (Front Counter & Drive-Thru)
Drive Thru Order Fulfillment
Dining Room Host
Curbside & Mobile Order Service
Guest Experience & Table Touching
