Hot Chi Lakeview – Crew Member *must have LATE NIGHT availability*
Key Shifts: 8 pm- 2 am, Friday and Saturday Nights📍 Lakeview, Chicago💵 Starting Pay: $17.00 – $18.00/hour (based on experience)

The Role
Crew Members at Hot Chi are the heartbeat of the restaurant. You’ll work the line, prep food, keep the vibe right, and make sure every guest leaves saying, “damn, that was good.”
What You’ll Do
At Hot Chi, crew members rotate between four key positions:
Cashier + Expo – Welcome guests, run the register, take orders with hospitality, and keep the lobby clean and inviting. This also includes packaging orders accurately, making shakes and handing off drinks.
Line – Assemble sandwiches, tenders, fries, and sides with speed and accuracy.
Fry – Handle the fryers, cook chicken to crispy perfection, and maintain food safety standards.
Prep/Dish – Prep fresh ingredients, stock the line, wash dishes, and keep the kitchen running smooth.
No matter the position, you’ll:
Deliver top-notch hospitality and teamwork.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Support your crew and keep the energy high.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant/fast-casual experience is great, but not required—we’ll train you.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Team-oriented and eager to learn.
