Compensation:$42,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement strategies that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive team environment by mentoring staff, promoting professional growth, and recognizing achievements.
- Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our business goals.
- Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and guest satisfaction enhancement.
- Experience in hotel management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and monitoring expenses to optimize financial performance.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor staff, promote professional growth, and recognize achievements.
