Hotel Banquet Server - On Call

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $16.90 Overtime eligible.

This position is responsible for courteous, friendly and efficient food and beverage service along with set-up and clearing catered banquet events. The Banquet Server is the primary guest contact person who makes an important contribution to the guest experience. Paid hourly rate plus gratuities.

This role requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential for success in this position.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of Banquet Server experience in a full-service hotel or similar job experience preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Must be willing and able to perform all Banquet Server duties.
• A flexible schedule is preferred, including availability to work AM and/or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• California Food Handler Card required
• TIPS/RBS certification required
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
• Experience working in a team orientated environment
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
