Now Hiring: Hotel Chief Engineer

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Maintenance Engineer. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.

Our Maintenance Engineer will be responsible to maintain building and facilities to ensure safety and comfort of guests and employees. Also to maintain buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation and to provide preventative maintenance, room care and necessary repairs on all aspects of the hotel and storage facilities. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.

Responsible for directing the activities of the Maintenance Department. Maintains the property in an economical manner to ensure that the hotel guests receive a clean, attractive and secure place to stay with friendly attentive service. The efficient usage of all utilities. The efficient operation of the physical plant and building to assure the comfort and safety of guests and a good environment workplace for the staff.

HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED.
