YOUR SCHEDULE
As a full-time receptionist, you can expect to work a variety of shifts. Our schedule offers flexibility, with shifts available from 7 am- 3 pm, 1 pm- 9 pm, and 3 pm- 11 pm.
YOUR DAY
As a Hotel Clerk- Front Desk Attendant at our hotel, you are the friendly and knowledgeable face that welcomes our guests as they arrive. You check guests in and out, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you are responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information about our hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Beyond guest interactions, you also handle administrative duties, such as managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining guest records. You have the opportunity to utilize various software and systems to manage guest accounts and ensure accuracy in billing and room assignments. You love being part of an environment that values exceptional guest service and teamwork.
