Join our Team Hotel Common Area Person

We are seeking a skilled common area person person to join our dedicated team at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Wooster, Ohio. As a common area person you will be responsible for ensuring a clean public area of our property, and follow all Hilton brand standards.

Responsibilities:

- Keep up on the upkeep of the grounds, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, clean up around dumpster area, and any other tasks given by the manager

- Maintain inventory and supplies and equipment needed

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols and brand standards

- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, and management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Preferred experience in facilities, or hotel role

- Complete all tasks in a timely manner

- Carpet cleaning as needed

- Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings, parties, etc

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, staff, and management

- Strong leadership abilities
