Hotel Weyanoke — a beautifully restored boutique hotel blending historic charm with modern Southern hospitality — is seeking a Hotel F&B Outlet Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage Outlets and the Guest Services Department. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven professional who loves balancing operational precision with a personal touch.Compensation and Benefits:  $48,000 - $53,000 per year depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:As our Hotel F&B Outlet Manager, you’ll be focused on ensuring Optimal Guest Satisfaction in the Hotel’s front of house operations specifically in our Food & Beverage outlets, leading daily operations, empowering staff, and ensuring our property runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading Front of house Food & Beverage teams to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
• Coaching and developing team members, ensuring they have the tools and training to shine.
• Monitoring occupancy, budgets, and workflow to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Ensuring cleanliness and service quality across all Food & beverage outlets and public spaces.
• Collaborating with other department heads to deliver seamless experiences that delight every guest.
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and creativity.

What We're Looking For:

We’re searching for a hands-on leader who brings:

• 5+ years of hotel operations experience, including 2+ in a supervisory or management role.
• A proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of F&B Point of sale terminals, guest service standards, and general hotel operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• A flexible, can-do attitude with availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
