Job Description

Hotel Facility Maintenance Technician – Join a Fast-Paced Team!

Pay: $14.00/hour (with growth opportunities & raises) Schedule: Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM + on-call for emergenciesLocation: Alexandria, LaJob Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Facility Maintenance Technician to support a busy hotel environment. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly—this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do

Handle general repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and guest needs
Support emergency repairs with the maintenance team
Drive the hotel shuttle when needed
Keep the hotel safe, functional, and guest-ready

What We’re Looking For

Valid Driver’s License (required – shuttle driving included)
Open availability (7 AM – 11 PM) + ability to be on-call
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Maintenance experience preferred but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
