Now Hiring: Hotel Front Desk

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Front Desk agent for the Springhill Suites Roswell, GA. When joining our team, you will be joining a company that prides itself on providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.

Our front desk agent will direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions while the hotel guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. Improving the guest experience by answering questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures. This is a second shift position.
