Job Title: Front Desk AgentProperty: Comfort Inn & Suites Panama City , FLReports To: General Manager

Position Overview

You are the first and last impression of the hotel.

As a Front Desk Agent, you manage the guest experience from arrival to departure. You control the check-in process, resolve issues quickly, and represent the Comfort Inn & Suites brand with professionalism and urgency.

Guests decide how they feel about their stay within minutes. Your attitude, accuracy, and responsiveness determine whether they return.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and professionalism• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently• Verify reservations, rates, and payment methods• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries• Coordinate room status with Housekeeping• Balance cash drawer and complete shift reports• Promote loyalty programs and hotel amenities• Follow all brand standards and safety procedures

Performance Expectations

You will be measured on:

• Guest satisfaction scores• Check-in efficiency• Accuracy of billing and folios• Upselling performance• Reliability and attendance• Professional appearance and conduct

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required (hotel experience preferred)• Strong communication skills• Comfortable using computers and property management systems• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Professional appearance and demeanor• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods• Light lifting up to 20 pounds
