Red Stone Inn, a well-established hotel in the heart of Moab, is seeking a dependable and guest-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of Red Stone Inn. You will create a welcoming first impression and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Process payments and balance cash transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Complete shift reports and daily task checklists

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building positive guest relationships.

Schedule

AM or PM shifts available
4 days on / 4 days off rotation

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Professional and positive attitude
