Hotel Front Desk Agent - Night Audit

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent Night Auditor to join our hotel team in Doral, Florida. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, performing the night audit, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests from arrival to departure. Night Audit Schedule is 11pm to 7am. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.

• Process payments, verify credit cards, and maintain accurate records.

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about the hotel and local area.

• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel night auditor experience preferred.

• Experience with FOSSE (Marriott property management system) preferred.

• Experience working with Marriott-branded hotels is a strong plus.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts.

• Weekend availability is required.
