What You'll Handle
As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you're the first point of contact for guests and a key part of keeping the property running smoothly. This part-time, onsite role supports accurate service, clear communication, and a welcoming arrival experience.Key responsibilities include:- Greet guests, complete check-ins/check-outs, and answer routine questions- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests in the system- Process payments, balance transactions, and maintain tidy front-desk records- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to address issues quickly- Handle concerns calmly and escalate when neededRequired skills/qualifications:- Friendly, professional communication and basic computer skills- Reliability, attention to detail, and comfort multitasking- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible part-time schedulePay: $13–$15 per hour.
