Job Description
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. They must be able to greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with hotel standards, and have good verbal and written communications skills.
As a front desk agent, you will greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service. You must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.Must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Additional requirements include:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Maintain standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Flexible enough to work all shifts if needed - day, nights, weekends. (this is on an as needed basis, otherwise expect a consistent work schedule).
