Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of guest service and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
