We’re Looking For:• Previous experience as a Guest Service Manager or in a similar role is required.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.• Proficiency in hotel management software and front desk operations.• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.• A passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
