Job Description

Join our team as a Night Auditor and be the heart of our hotel overnight!
Full Time and Part Time position available!
This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team. This is a 3rd shift position. Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
- Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
