You are the leader of the hotel.You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the team's performance.
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead our Quality Inn in Panama City, FL. This is a limited-service property in a competitive coastal market. We need a leader who understands revenue, cost control, and team accountability.
What You Will Be Responsible For
• Full P&L management including labor, flow-through, and GOP performance• Driving RevPAR through rate integrity and local sales strategy• Hiring, training, and holding staff accountable to brand standards• Guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management• Brand compliance and successful QA inspections• Asset protection, maintenance oversight, and capital planning• Weekly reporting to ownership with clear action plans
What Success Looks Like
• Labor aligned to occupancy and demand patterns• Breakfast and housekeeping cost per occupied room controlled• Guest review scores consistently trending upward• Clean, well-maintained property with zero deferred issues• Strong local relationships generating repeat and corporate business
Qualifications
• Prior hotel General Manager experience required• Choice Hotels experience strongly preferred• Solid understanding of hotel financial statements• Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction and financial results• Strong hiring and team development skills• Comfortable in a hands-on operating environment
