Hotel General Manager – Hampton Inn Lincoln AirportLocation: Lincoln, NebraskaSalary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
Lincoln Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager to lead operations at the Hampton Inn Lincoln Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including guest satisfaction, team development, financial performance, and maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, drive results, and create an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
Lead, train, and develop hotel staff to deliver outstanding guest service
Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement improvements
Recruit, hire, and coach team members
Maintain strong relationships with the local community and business partners
Ensure the property is well maintained and operating efficiently
Qualifications
Previous hotel management experience preferred (Hilton brand experience a plus)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing budgets, payroll, and financial performance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support hotel operations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
- Bonus: Monthly GM Bonus based on hotel performance
$2,500 Hiring Bonus
$1,000 paid after 90 days of employment
$1,500 paid after 6 months of employment

Experience
- 3 years hotel operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
Licenses/Certifications
Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to Hotel courtesy shuttle.
