Job Description

The Laundry Supervisor supports the Laundry Director with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role serves as a backup when the Director is unavailable but primarily focuses on assisting with scheduling, billing, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Laundry Director with daily administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, reports)Help manage staff scheduling and timekeepingSupport basic billing and data entry tasksAnswer client questions and assist with requests as neededStep in to oversee operations only when the Director is not presentSupport staff on the floor to keep operations running smoothlyHelp maintain organization, communication, and workflow within the department

Role Expectations

Acts as support to the Laundry Director - not the primary decision-makerHelps keep administrative tasks organized and up to dateProvides backup leadership only when neededEnsures communication between staff and Director stays clear

Qualifications

Basic supervisory or team lead experience preferredStrong organization and communication skillsComfortable with basic computer tasks (scheduling, data entry, billing)Reliable and able to step up when needed
