Now Hiring Hotel Maintenance Engineer

CUSA, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the overall integrity of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Work independently to diagnose and complete repair requests in a timely manner.
Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guestroom, as well as routine inspections and repairs of major mechanical systems and equipment.
Oversee general building upkeep, including exterior areas, common spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
Administer the hotel's risk management program, with a strong focus on guest and associate safety.
Coordinate and monitor work performed by outside contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance with hotel standards.
Support all property maintenance, preventative programs, and building systems operations.

Qualifications:

Proven maintenance background with hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs.
Hotel maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety, security, and providing a well-maintained environment for guests and associates.
