ScheduleWe're currently hiring for three Maintenance Technician schedule options:Full-TimeFriday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes weekends)Part-Time EveningSunday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PMPart-Time Weekend EveningsFriday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 PM – 11:00 PMWhat You'll DoPerform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building issues

Complete guest maintenance requests quickly and professionally

Repair and maintain hotel equipment, fixtures, furniture, and appliances

Identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues

Maintain clean, safe, and attractive indoor and outdoor spaces

Document completed work and maintenance activities

Assist with room inspections and property upkeep

Work safely while using hand and power tools

Support other departments as needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience

What We're Looking ForExperience in hotel, apartment, commercial, or general building maintenance preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using maintenance software and basic computer applications

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

Strong organizational and time management skills

Able to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to preventative maintenance

Able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and supplies

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
