Overview- Hotel Night Auditor
The primary responsibility of a Night Auditor is to close the book of business for the day. This includes running multiple reports to balance accounts and deposits. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and pay attention to detail. In addition, the Night Auditor acts as a Guest Service Representative and handles the needs of our guests overnight. This is an overnight shift from 11pm – 7am
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Preform all nightly audit procedures
o Balance all receipts, guest ledger, and in-house accounts
o Greet and check in guests who arrive overnight
o Answer incoming calls, answer inquiries, and address internal guest requests
o Monitor emails and other services to ensure that any guest needs are met
o Complete shift checklist
o Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor
REQUIREMENTS
o Experience in a customer-facing role (Minimum 1 year)
o Successful history as a night auditor or related hospitality experience
o Must have a flexible work schedule
o Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized
