Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and hospitable individual for a Night Auditor position at a beautiful hotel in Orange Beach. This role includes managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, performing nightly audits, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Check guests in and out efficiently while following hotel procedures
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle cash and credit transactions
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
• Coordinate with nighttime housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest's comfort
• Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
• Follow security, safety, and confidentiality policies
• Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
• Balance cash drawers and record receipts
