WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOTEL RESTAURANT LINE COOK
- Current Utah food handler's permit
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking steaks to temperature
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HOTEL RESTAURANT LINE COOK
This is a part-time evening position, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
In this culinary role, you'll prepare and cook menu items to order, support restaurant service, and assist with banquet meal preparation for conferences and events while maintaining Hilton brand standards. You'll keep your station clean and organized, follow recipes and portion guidelines, communicate with your teammates, and help ensure every guest receives a well-prepared, high-quality meal in a smooth and efficient service environment.
