WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOTEL RESTAURANT LINE COOK

Current Utah food handler's permit
Basic knife skills and familiarity with cooking steaks to temperature
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HOTEL RESTAURANT LINE COOK

This is a part-time evening position, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
