What You'll Do

As our Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in increasing hotel and event revenue through proactive sales efforts and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Generate revenue through hotel room blocks, meetings, and event sales
  • Coordinate and execute meetings, banquets, and special events
  • Recommend food & beverage options to maximize event profitability
  • Create and update event room layouts and setup details
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, and buffet arrangements when needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from inquiry through event completion

We're seeking someone who is professional, organized, sales-minded, and motivated to exceed goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Hospitality or hotel experience
  • Experience coordinating meetings or events
