Join our welcoming hospitality team as a Hotel Security & Night Audit professional and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and smooth operations of our hotel during overnight hours. Responsibilities:
- Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols and surveillance to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Conduct night audit procedures including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and billing adjustments.
- Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are strictly followed and documented.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and audit findings for management review.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel security, night auditing, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain high alertness during late hours.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with audit software or tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact politely with guests and team members.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency and high-pressure situations.
