Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe - Hourly Assistant Manager Needed

Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe has become a beloved destination for food lovers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
  • Train and develop team members
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • High school degree
  • Availability for day and night shifts, including weekends
  • Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is Required
