Tired of rigid schedules and low pay? Boise Housekeepers is the Treasure Valley's locally owned cleaning company — not a franchise — and we're hiring experienced cleaners who want more freedom and higher earnings.
You pick your days, your hours, and your area. Want to work 3 days a week? Perfect. Want 5 days and a full book of clients? We'll make it happen. Already have your own clients on the side? Great — we'll help you fill the gaps. Clean with a partner? We'll schedule you as a team.
We handle all the advertising, booking, scheduling, and client communication. You just show up and do great work.
What You'll Earn
- $23–$30/hour + tips + bonuses — that's $920–$1,500/week at full-time hours

What You'll Do
- Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning glass, and wiping down surfaces
- Manage your own time and travel independently between jobs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of paid house cleaning experience
- Conversational English
- Reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies
- General Liability Insurance — we'll walk you through the quick setup (roughly $40/month)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and great at communicating
