As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll play an important role in helping clients enjoy cleaner, more comfortable homes while providing reliable and professional service. Responsibilities
Residential Cleaning Services
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and organize assigned areas
- Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning results in every home
Follow Cleaning Systems
- Use established cleaning checklists and procedures
- Ensure every room is completed thoroughly and consistently
- Maintain company quality standards
Equipment & Supply Management
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and ready for use
- Properly handle cleaning products and materials safely
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients
- Represent the company positively during all appointments
- Build trust through reliability and attention to detail
Time Management
- Travel between client locations as scheduled
- Complete appointments efficiently while maintaining quality work
Requirements
Must Have
- Prior residential cleaning experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid documentation authorizing work in the United States
- Reliable daily transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Nice to Have
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of professional cleaning products and safety practices
- Experience working independently and managing schedules
