About Our Family
We are a busy, ambitious family built on structure, teamwork, and a deep commitment to one another. As two attorneys who own and operate our law firm together, our professional lives are demanding and fast-paced. We are also settling into a new home and establishing routines that help our household run smoothly, making organization, initiative, and reliability especially important.
At the heart of our family is our daughter: a bright, curious, and engaging 10-year-old who thrives when surrounded by consistency, patience, and encouragement. She loves science, creative arts, learning new things, and spending quality time with the people around her. As an only child we would love having someone who can actively engage with her, support her interests, and help create a fun, structured environment.
We also share our home with two energetic Siberian Huskies puppies who are very much part of the family. They keep us active, entertained, and on our toes.
With the right support, we hope to reclaim more quality time together as a family, whether that means helping our daughter explore her interests, enjoying family dinners, making it to the gym, or simply having the flexibility for an occasional date night. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and warm professional who enjoys being part of a dynamic household and finds fulfillment in helping a family thrive.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and naturally proactive. You are someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without waiting to be asked. You are organized, dependable, and a strong communicator who isn't afraid to send a quick text or ask a question to keep things moving smoothly.
You genuinely enjoy supporting busy families, creating order, and helping a home run seamlessly. You love children, have the patience and creativity to connect with our daughter, and are comfortable around two energetic Huskies. Whether you're organizing a space, running errands, helping with meal prep, or managing household details, you take pride in making life easier for the people around you.
Most importantly, you're flexible, positive, and eager to become a trusted part of our family's daily life. We're looking for someone who values teamwork, takes ownership, and finds joy in helping a family thrive.
