• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchens by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting to maintain high hygiene standards.*
• Launder linens, towels, and resident clothing, including stripping beds and making them with fresh sheets to ensure comfort and cleanliness.*
• Restock supplies and ensure all laundry items are sorted, washed, dried, folded, and distributed efficiently to the appropriate areas.*
• Manage waste removal by safely disposing of trash, soiled linens, and incontinence supplies, while reporting any safety or maintenance concerns.*
• Adhere to infection control policies, properly operate cleaning and laundry equipment, and maintain a safe, sanitized environment.

What you’ll bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).*
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, laundry, or healthcare support roles.*
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.*
• A respectful, compassionate attitude and patience when working with older adults.*
• Knowledge of infection control standards and environmental safety practices.*
• Strong attention to detail and a great sense of responsibility.
