Job Description
Lakeside Generations, a Cassia community, is hiring Housekeepers to join our team in Dassel, MN. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. As a Housekeeper at Lakeside Generations, you’ll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents, staff and visitors by performing routing cleaning throughout our facility. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will play a key part in ensuring our residents feel comfortable and at home.
Position Type: Full-TimeAvailable Shifts:Days 8:00 AM - 2:00 PMWage Range:$15.24 - $17.50 /hour depending on experience.Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325
Housekeeper Responsibilities:
- Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day rooms and dining rooms, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Housekeeper Qualifications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
- Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
