$1,000 Sign on BonusJoin our team as a Housekeeper at Saxony Village, a welcoming retirement community where service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship guide everything we do. In this role, you’ll help maintain clean homes for our residents and care for common areas of Saxony Manor, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment throughout our community. If you are dependable, hospitality-minded, and take pride in your work, we invite you to join our team.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide scheduled housekeeping in residents’ homes, including apartments, duplexes, and cottages
- Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting spaces
- Perform routine tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and trash removal
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain organization of carts, closets, and supply areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Follow cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
- Interact respectfully with residents, families, guests, and team members
- Respect residents’ privacy and preferences
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning, special events, or additional assignments

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and flexible
