A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, hospitality-trained Housekeeper to become a trusted, long-term member of their household team. Position Overview
This role is based in a 5,000-square-foot private residence and works closely with the Director of Residences and two full-time nannies. The Housekeeper will be responsible for all aspects of housekeeping, household organization, laundry care, errands, and special projects, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, discretion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and detailed housekeeping throughout the residence
- Laundry, ironing, steaming, wardrobe care, and closet organization
- Maintaining household inventories and supplies
- Organizing living spaces, children's areas, and storage systems
- Running errands and managing household-related tasks
- Assisting with special projects and seasonal organization
- Supporting the overall needs of the family and household team
- Ensuring the home is consistently guest-ready
- Coordinating with nannies, and other household staff as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel, luxury resort, private estate, or high-end household
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Impeccable references and verifiable employment history
- Clean background and strong professional reputation
- Highly trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
- Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative household team
- Understanding of the unique needs and dynamics of a young family

Compensation:
