Housekeeper

Description

The primary purpose of a housekeeping position is to provide the cleaning services to ensure that the entire facility is kept clean and sanitary. This includes performing routine cleaning in residents' rooms and common areas, as well as special projects as needed. This position will perform all assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility.

Essential Functions of your Job:

• Ability to work diligently around residents rooms and personal belongings.
• Keep necessary supplies stocked and organized.
• Works closely with other departments in the scheduling of cleanings.
• Works with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Organize and manage stock of supplies.
• Launder residents clothes and bedding.

We have Full Time and Part Time available on 1st shift which is from 7 am - 3:30 pm.. Weekend coverage would be only 1-3 times per year and 1-2 holidays required per year.

Wage: starting at $15 per hour *Experience considered

Previous housekeeping experience.
