Housekeeper (Reserve Status)

This role helps ensure that living spaces remain comfortable, sanitary, and well-maintained so residents can feel truly at home. What You'll Do

Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
Sanitize high-touch areas to support infection control and resident safety
Remove trash, recyclables, and waste according to facility procedures
Restock housekeeping supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is maintained properly
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to ensure a safe environment
Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming and comfortable community

What You'll Need

Previous housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
