This full-time seasonal position runs through fall and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and providing exceptional guest experiences behind the scenes.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and ready to impress. Your efforts help create a safe and relaxing environment that guests will remember long after their stay.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (spring through fall)
• Hours: 40 hours/week with morning, weekend, and holiday shifts required
• Location: The Bayview Hotel
• Pay: Starting at $17.25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Change linens, make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
• Replenish amenities such as towels, soap, and coffee supplies
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain cleanliness in public spaces, including lobbies and hallways
• Ensure carts and storage areas are stocked and organized
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly and respectful service if interacting with guests

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Performance Measurement:

90-day performance review, room inspection standards, guest satisfaction scores, and teamwork contributions.
