- 7:00am 3:30pm dayshift, 3:00pm 11:30pm swing shift, 11:00pm 7:00am graveyard shift
- Depending upon area of assignment, duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sweep and mop rooms, halls, and stairways; strip, wax, and buffs floors; vacuum and shampoo rugs and carpets.
- Dust and polish desks, counter tops, and furniture. Clean windows and venetian blinds. Clean mirrors, drinking fountains, and interiors and exteriors of refrigerators.
- Clean offices, restrooms, and fixtures; clean and disinfect patient care areas following established procedures.
- Push or lift furniture and other heavy items; climb ladders and perform other tasks requiring physical agility.
- Collect and move medical waste. Empty waste containers; may use trucks or forklift in collecting trash. Operate equipment such as trash compactors and autoclave.
- Mix cleaning chemicals and solutions. Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Participate in the training of new employees.
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
- SHIFT AVAILABILITY: Must be available to work ALL SHIFTS (DAY, SWING, NIGHT, ROTATING, HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS).
