Job Description
Job Summary:Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Worker and be the driving force behind creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments. In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your dedication to quality and attention to detail will ensure spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting for all occupants and visitors. Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
- Conduct custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window washing, and surface disinfecting
- Assist with janitorial responsibilities in both residential and commercial environments to uphold hygiene standards
- Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely for large-scale or specialized cleaning projects
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or related fields such as facilities maintenance or porter roles
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction
- Ability to handle industrial cleaning equipment and perform tasks requiring physical stamina such as lifting or standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with residential painting or basic maintenance tasks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or industrial environments is preferred
