Job Description: Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals through upkeep and cleanliness of rooms, public spaces and exterior of hotel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

-To understand all standards of room/suite cleanliness.

-To consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.

-Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.

-Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.

-Sweep and vacuuming floors.

-Reporting to maintenance problems or completing work orders.

-Spot cleaning walls, light fixtures, headboards, picture frames, ect.

-Complete room checklist.

-Vacuum hallways if needed.

-Must be able to reach, kneel and bend.

-Have the ability to lift, push and pull.

Additional Responsibilities:

-Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality and serving environment.

-Greet guests whenever coming into contact. Friendly "hello". "Is there anything I can help you with".

-Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
