Part-Time Housekeeping 1st Shift $14+/hour Roanoke, VAShift: 7:00am3:30pm, MondayFriday (May require overtime and weekends)Type: Contract to PermPay: $14+/hour depending on experience and positionLocation: Hollins, VA 24019Industry: Hospitality / Environmental ServicesLingo Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Housekeeper to support a healthcare facility in the Roanoke/Hollins area.This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking consistent daytime hours and long-term opportunity in a professional healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas including patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, entrances, elevators, and stairwells
- Perform routine environmental services duties such as floor care, trash removal, linen removal and replacement, and restocking supplies
- Complete discharge room turnovers, deep cleaning, spill cleanup, and precaution room cleaning
- Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, environmental services, or sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to follow infection control and hospital-grade cleaning procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions
- Professional demeanor with respect for patient privacy and confidentiality
