Position Summary:

Freestone Lake and Golf is one of our new developments and we are growing! We are looking for Housekeeping Attendants with experience in high-end establishments. The Housekeeper is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury throughout the resort. This includes cottages and all public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, amenity facilities, and clubhouse spaces. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations in a high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or private estate strongly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain immaculate standards in both private and public spaces.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, guest-focused demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities.

• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning luxury finishes, fine linens, and high-end public spaces.

• Experience with environmentally friendly cleaning products and procedures.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest cottages to luxury resort standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, and golf clubhouse.

• Ensure high-touch public areas (doors, handrails, etc.) are sanitized regularly.

• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies in both guest cottages and public spaces.

• Handle laundry and garment care, ensuring proper washing, drying, and pressing procedures.

• Inspect assigned areas daily and report any maintenance, safety, or guest service concerns promptly.

• Maintain an organized and fully stocked housekeeping cart and supply storage areas.

• Support special requests such as turndown service, VIP room setups, or event preparation.

• Uphold guest privacy, security, and resort safety standards at all times.

• Deliver professional, courteous, and discreet service to all guests and colleagues.
