Job Description

The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a full-time Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team!

Our 1,011-room property features a Skybridge that provides direct access to Disney Springs with a continuous shuttle service to the four Disney Theme Parks. With our five on-property dining options and expansive Float Lagoon pool with private poolside cabanas, a kid's splash pad, and a relaxing lazy river, we make your vacation dreams come true.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, hotel front desk experience is highly preferred, excellent customer service and time management skills, able to handle high volume calls and the ability to multitask and speak Spanish.

Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this role.

Shift Pattern: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3:30 PM - 12 AM & 10 AM - 6:30 PM on Weds. & Thurs

Pay Rate: $19.82 / hour

What will I be doing?

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls, respond to guest and team member inquiries and dispatch appropriate service in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Use and maintain the work order system and/or property management system to include, but not limited to, logging and recording all service requests, initiating, dispatching and closing all work orders and generating associated reports.
  • Ensure vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office by coordinating with appropriate Housekeeping and Property Operation team members.
  • Respond to emergency calls and monitor the alarm system.
  • Coordinate office traffic.
  • Perform additional general office duties including, but not limited to, processing paperwork, scheduling team members, processing payroll, conducting inventory and equipment maintenance and tracking guest comments and feedback, as needed.
