Job Description
Join our team at the Hampton Inn Boston-Natick as a Housekeeping Houseperson, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel's common areas and guest rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeepers with cleaning tasks as needed
- Ensure all public areas are clean and tidy
- Restock housekeeping carts with supplies
- Assist guests with requests related to housekeeping
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
