Job Description

Room Inspections: Part-time inspectors are responsible for conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards. This includes checking for cleanliness, proper functioning of amenities, and overall presentation of the room.

2. Quality Assurance: Inspectors assess the quality of housekeeping services by evaluating the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of guest rooms. They pay attention to detail, checking for properly made beds, fresh linens, cleanliness of surfaces, proper arrangement of furniture, and amenities being adequately stocked.

3. Public Area Inspections: In addition to guest rooms, part-time inspectors also inspect public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms. They ensure that these areas are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with established standards.

4. Report and Documentation: Inspectors document their findings and prepare reports highlighting any deficiencies or areas that require attention. They provide clear and concise feedback to the housekeeping department and hotel management, facilitating timely resolution of issues.
